Shelter Coordinator
Reports to Shelter Manager

Shelter House is currently accepting applications to fill two part-time positions; 20 – 25 hours/week.

Position Overview: Shelter Coordinators are responsible for maintaining and regulating the overnight emergency shelter facility, updating and documenting paper and electronic files, and delegating tasks to volunteers while maintaining a healthy and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the priority list and intake process.
  • Complete paper and electronic documents.
  • Monitor potential and intervene in crisis situation.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and stable shelter environment.
