Fairweather Lodge – Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager

Reports to: Mental Health Recovery Manager

The Fairweather Lodge Case Manager is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the Lodge training program, Lodge member houses and Supported Community Living Services for Lodge clients. This position is responsible for assisting tenants in maintaining housing, direct service, and coordination of services within the agency and with other service providers.

Fresh Starts Crew Supervisor

Reports to: Mental Health Recovery Manager

Shelter House seeks a part-time weekend Fresh Starts Crew Supervisor to begin March 31st. The Supervisor will manage a Fresh Starts janitorial contract site. The Fresh Starts program is a supported employment program for adults with chronic mental illness. The Crew Supervisor will supervise both Fresh Starts janitorial staff and temporary janitorial employees through the Shelter House.

Shelter Coordinator

Reports to: Shelter Manager

Shelter Coordinators are responsible for direct client support with individuals who are experiencing homelessness in an emergency shelter setting. The Shelter Coordinator team will be responsible for maintaining and regulating the facility as well as ensuring a safe and healthy environment. Evening and overnight hours are available.

Cross Park Place Coordinator

Reports To: Cross Park Place Manager

Positions available are part-time and full-time. Overnight availability is highly desired.

Coordinators are responsible for direct client support with the tenants of Cross Park Place, a permanent supportive housing program. The Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and regulating the facility as well as ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
